HOW DO I READ MY TANK GAUGE?Most tanks use float gauges that are easy to ready, but it's important to notice that they're not exact. The number on the gauge is a percentage of how full your tank is. So if your tank is 150 gallons and the gauge reads 80%, you have roughly 120 gallons of propane. When your tank gets below 20% you should schedule a refill soon. Click here for more info.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN "KEEP FILL" AND "WILL CALL"?""Keep Fill" is our way of making sure you never run out of propane. We use a piece of technology that remotely measures your tank capacity and we come refill it before it gets too close to empty so you never have to worry about running out. If you select "Will Call", you monitor the level of your own tank and call us when you need a refill.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN "FIRST FILL" AND "PRE-BUY"?"If you new to propane these terms can sometimes be confusing. "First Fill" refers to the discounts we sometimes offer to new customers for their first tank fill with Ford Propane. Propane prices fluctuate often and "Pre-Buy" is the price we release annually that allows you to purchase multiple tanks worth of propane in advance in order to lock in your price for that season.
